TABLE OF CONTENTS
Overview
Badges are awards that recognize your participation and contributions on your site.
Stack Internal displays the number and type of badges you've earned alongside your username and reputation score.
Stack Internal badges fall into three broad categories: bronze, silver, and gold.
Badge categories
Bronze badges
Bronze badges are awarded for basic use of the site. They encourage you to use site features such as asking and answering questions, voting, editing posts, tagging content, and completing your profile. Bronze badges are relatively easy to earn.
Silver badges
Silver badges are for experienced users who regularly use Stack Internal. They encourage continued participation and are awarded for achievements that take longer to earn than bronze badges.
Gold badges
Gold badges are for users who consistently participate on the site. They reward some of the site's most difficult achievements and are the hardest badges to earn.
Earn badges
Stack Internal awards badges automatically as you achieve measurable goals.
You can earn some badges more than once.
